Casyo doesn’t cost you anything. Casyo makes you money.

Don’t see Casyo as an extra expense, but as an investment in the return on your holiday home. Through smart price optimisation, improved presentation and professional letting, we aim to secure more bookings at the best possible price. At the same time, we take a lot of the work off your hands.

Our aim is simple: to ensure that the extra revenue we generate for you more than offsets the cost of Casyo. That way, you’ll have more left over at the end of the day, with less work.

* How is the commission calculated?

Casyo charges a 15% commission on the amount remaining after any fees charged by booking platforms such as Booking.com or Airbnb have been deducted.

Example: if a guest pays €1,000 and Booking.com deducts €150 in commission, the 15% Casyo commission is calculated on the remaining €850.

Cleaning charges are, where possible, charged separately to the guest and do not count towards the Casyo commission. All other costs (e.g. check-in fees) are borne by the letter.
